The machine enables operators to determine the problem of the machine by looking at hte control panel and detecting light. The detecting light notices unwanted broken and shortage of the yarn to the operators so operators can easily know the problem of the yarn.
The use of the timing belt system which controls the yarn feeding system has allowed for more flexibility in creating more difficult.
The creel is side creel type
The automatic lubrication system maintains a consistent supply of oil throughout the cams and needles to prevent the machine from ovrheating and unwanted friction.
Needle detectors are also utilized to immediately detect broken needles or latches, so that damage in the machine and unwanted waste of fabric is kept to a minimal
The driving motor is 3.75kW, 3phase, 220/380V and the AC inverter drive. The variable AC inverter drive is providing acceleration from start to operation speed and uniform deceleration variable inching and knitting speed
The pile length of the fabic is knitted by each model 5~30mm
The gear system is clutch gear box type which is transmission for running the machine without any problem
The function of electric controller is to protect the machine from electrical & mechanical, to set up counter, to show RPM , to view lamps for errors and to control the speed
